Recollections of 06, resolutions for 07

So...31st december...end of year 06. Thinking back, i've change. Most likely because of the transisition from civilian life to military life. In the course of 06, lots of events happen...happy, suffering, perhaps sadness( which i don't remember that any of them happens). Friends were also made in the process...and i treasure the friendships that was made.

Recollections of 06:

Jan 06, saw me, AL and Chingseng, working hard everyday for our final year project. As usual, i always complain about how less time we have to train up for NAPFA, and how less time we have to fool around. Nevertheless, we pulled through and submitted our final year project. Got into spinnovex exhibition, whereby our project was put on exhibit. We got a gold award for our project, and we went to celebrate on sat night, after the exhibition officially ended.

Feb 06, saw us rushing through our studies. Final exams, let's settle it once and for all, and do our best in it. We mugged for our exams, and go through chapters that we missed again because of final year project.

March 06, considered diploma graduates as exams ended. From March onwards, i can slack all the way, occasionally go for jogging to train up for the upcoming national service. Wanted to find job, but lazy to find, everyday living a slacking life. Woke up late in morning, slept late in the night. April 06, May 06, is the same as well. Can't actually remember any interesting events which took place.

June 06, first met Ji Liang's cousins, Jingwen, Yanling, and Jingwen's friend, Mingjie. A trip to sentosa. Remembered that i had to swam across the sea for my volleyball which drift away, and getting cut by a rock and having to see a doc and have sand pluck out. After some time, realise that this sentosa trip was not organised by Ji Liang, but by his cousin, Jingwen. Subsequently, after the trip, tried to call them out for kbox, but kinda always failed. Also went kbox with qing zhong, AL when JL was not free. Can start to see the sianz-ness on AL's face at the end of June.

July 06, my best friend, Al enlisted. Many of my poly friends enlisted as well. Was suddenly bored. Luckily, my primary school best friend, Seng Hong, is still schooling. July also kinda saw me starting to make friends with Ji Liang's friend who joined our wushu. First, got to know Minyee, then Keith, then Ivan, Sheila and Daniel. Also started to talk more to Xinge, Remembered Shishu talk about how distant our relations is with them at that period of time. Don't know why, i started to come early to wushu, most likely is because i'm bored from staying at home, since i have already slack so much. Bored of games as well. Every wushu lessons, had to take charge, shi xiong is still at thailand working, and AL is in NS. Every lessons, go AMk alone, go home alone, lucky got my music and mp3 as companion. They are the best companion for travelling alone.

Aug 06, wushu competition. It simply sucks...everything got corked up here and there. Ji Liang's costume, my da peng quan in wrong category, paying respects wrongly when after performing my "kun", marks announced was from the other stage, and don't know why the speaker near my stage was so loud. Besides that, was having a fever, and starting to get damn blur. Cannot be blamed. Well, hope that the next competition, nothing like these ever happens again.

Sep 06, other friends got enlisted as well. But friends like AL, got their 1 and a half weeks block leave. Got activities with Ji Liang, Xinge and AL. Kbox...most notable event. The sianz on my face starts to show at the end of september. It's my turn to enlist. Spare time were used to help JL in his studies

Oct 06, saw me going botak, getting fitter. I'm living a military life from now onwards.

Nov 06, Dec 06, got my block leave at early to mid-december. The relations between the wushu students, including myself is better. Our bonding is good. Shishu is happy about it, remembering about how he comment about the bonding back in july 06.

Last day of the year. 31 december 06. Minyee invites us to go braddell heoights community centre for countdown. She's doing sai kang there. Me, AL, Ji Liang, Xinge played bowling at Bukit Batok CSC( Civil service club). We found out that Ji Liang has been "reborn". So we kinda congratulate him.

Then later drove over to braddell heights cc to meet up with Yao de, Raymond shi xiong, Minyee, Keith. Xinge's sis also came to join the fun as well. And not to forget, we saw Sheila too. We share our dinner as well. Although we known each other for quite a long time, it seems like it's the 1st time we ever had dinner like that, with the exception of wai woo anniversary dinner. 12am came, 06 is behind us now...and 07 is here again. New year, new hope, new resolutions. Happy new Year!! Everyone...May your wishes came true for the coming new year!

New year resolutions for 07:
- I think it's time, for me to get a gf, for me to experience this relationship. Well, will try to find one...hahaha
- Be optimistic in the mildst of suffering in national service.

So far...this is the resolutions for 07 for now...lol...

Enjoy the new year holidays...cheers...=)

I'm back at home...once again. Lol. Was a happy but tired man. Yesterday, parents were allowed to visit our camp. Father and grandfather came to visit. Show them around the camp and my living quarters.

AL and JL went over to the church, while i decided to sleep at home, since i don't wanna go to wushu in a damn tired manner. Slept a little, but woke up, thanks to the reconstuction of the car park project, where big machinery, drilling, woke me up. Well, end up playing com at home.

Around 5pm, make my way to Ang Mo Kio. Had my dinner there, and met shawn( a friend of huiying, who's more or less interested in wushu as said by AL) and huiying.

As usual, we started our lessons early at around 7.45pm. Maybe, next time, can start at 7.30pm. We did warm-ups, and basic fundamentals of wushu, which although, can be boring at times...is a very important thing, "lian quan bu lian gong, dao lao yi chang kong". Practise quan without practising the basic fundamentals, even after learning for many years, you achieve nothing. Meaning is something like that...

As shi xiong will be leaving for thailand for his work, he wanted us to remember the warm-up and the basic fundamentals. Besides that, we were also told to taught zhi zhong, the new, and very young student. Kinda hard to teach him much, as he's still a kid, and kids get distracted easily, but, it's a test of patience, creativity and skills to make his lessons interesting, and i look forward to get new experience in teaching kids of his age.

Have lots of things to do in wushu yesterday. Settle the timing of ji ben and pian da quan, teach Minyee da peng quan. Got my own jiu huan da dao, xiao mei hua quan plus dui da with alvin. Miss out practising on da peng quan, mei hua kun, and shuang dao, basically squeeze for time. Since the start of NS, time is not in my control anymore. I learn that free time given to me is very precious. Well, anyway, enjoy the wushu lessons, and always happy to see old friends every weekends.

Well, i hope, next year, i have more free time on saturdays to come for training...=D

Nights off

Yay...nights off...

Got a few hours off and have to report to camp later.

Decided to go home, and have a bath...plus touch my pc. Reason being is that the showers over at camp don't have heaters, so we bath with icy cold water. Always great to be back home, and...found out that i don't feel like leaving home. Hahaha...

Sianz...my buddy's out of course as he tore a knee ligament.

Anyway, gotta run... looking forward to this saturday again...long holidays...

Christmas...sianz...

Merry Christmas everyone...!! Enjoy the festive season.

Woke up at 10am. The moment i woke up, went to brush my teeth as i didn't brush last night...( you all must be thinking that I'm unhygienic...) then later on went about doing my business.

Whole morning, play need for speed: carbon, then went on to study things which i am required to study. Went out at 2pm...to queensway.

Reach queensway at around 3.30pm, instead of the 3pm we set. Ken was already there waiting. It's my fault that we were late. I took AL to take the wrong bus and in the end, we wasted time and money...and energy as we decided to walk all the way to queensway. Next time, from queenstown mrt, take bus 195 to queensway.

Was planning to buy a bag, for use in NS, but didn't found any i like. Window shop a bit, then went over to ikea to window shop a bit also. Later, went over to anchorpoint to have some food, then at 6pm, we decided to went home. Sad to say, my mood simply change...from a happy guy to a sianz guy. Tired of waiting for a bus, flagged for a cab, and together with ken and AL, we went back home. I paid for the whole cab fare, since i suggest for the cab.

I am damn sianz and i guess you all know why. I'll be booking in later at night. And the next book-out is saturday late morning. Guess it's because i'm in a holiday mood, and then...holiday end, and have to go back to that regimental life again, where freedom is taken away. As a Sagittarius, i love freedom. I wonder what will happen to me in the long run if every book-in, i have this type of feeling. Will it lead to a psychological problem? I don't know...and i hope not... or rather i hope this is just a temporary thing. 1 year, 7 plus months to go...to tahan...

Next entry will most likely be on sat or sun. I'll be looking forward to this sat...=D...holidays...

1st time in a church?

Sunday morning...another great day...as i'm require to book in on monday night. Ask mum to help me wrapped up the christmas gift meant for jw. Thanks mum...

In the afternoon, meet up with AL, and he drove over to beach road to get some army equipment. Then, we went over to Lorong Ah Soo, Yao de's house as AL got something to pass to his 3rd aunt. Yao de's house, give that kind of a homely feeling...don't know why...but if i ever had a house, i would want to make my home something which makes everyone feels as though they are at home when they came over to visit. Well, we didn't left there empty-handed. Yao de's dad got some extra old hi-fi sets, so he gives some of them to AL and me. Besides that, got a feel on some hi-fi system and a feel on watching a movie, saving private ryan with a 7.1 speaker system...woo....lol...Pulled Yao de along with us to the church when we were about to meet Ji Liang.

My turn to drive...so drove over to Ji Liang's house, pick him up and drove over to the church. The church is near Yio Chu Kang MRT station. We were actually invited by the new student's grandma. Although I'm a Buddhist, i thought that i might as well go there and take a look how they gathered in a church and what activities they do. An experience rather than cooping up at home looking at the pc.

There were 2 groups, one for teens, and another for adults. Although me, AL and Raymond shi xiong were considered adults, we prefer to join the teens as we feel young at heart...lol. They had a sing-along session, and then a teachings.

There's this story about a man working as a railroad bridge worker. He had a baby son, who always love to venture into a dangerous room which contains dangerous machinery. One day, while working to draw the railroad bridge down for the train to cross, the baby son make his way to the machinery room. The man, who saw it, was shock. He wanted to save his son, but he have to operate the bridge or else, the train will crash into the water. He had to choose between saving his baby son or a whole lot of people. And the man choose to save a whole lot of people, and his son was killed in the end.

I am not trying to teach about something, but instead, if a situation like that arise, what do you think you'll do...for me, i couldn't answer this question...

After that, went over to the canteen for some refreshments. The auntie's daughter formally introduced herself again. Her name is Huiying, and is the new student's aunt. Ji Liang, total disappointment in his behaviour. He looks as though he's like a colourwolf( she lang)...so despo. Only shi xiong was the most normal one, most stable guy. We also got ot meet Huiying's friends...Most were in secondary school.

Huiying made a pact with AL and JL. If they come over to the church, she will go over to the wushu training next saturday, and might bring some friends over as well. Don't kinda like a pact. It's like forcing someone to do things which someone might not like, and it seems as though we are using the church activities to advertise our wushu, which i don't like it.

Anyway, left at 10.30pm. Went to AMK central for supper and then AL drove Yao de, JL and me home. Raymond shi xiong took the mrt home himself, kinda guilty that we didn't ferry him home. Reach home at 12.45pm. Bath then go online chatted up with AL and Minyee, then went to sleep at 1.45am. Sure was tired. Simply dozed off...and...i forgot to brush my teeth...

Saturday...

Woke up in the morning...at around 8am. 1st thing i always do...on the com, sit down, then play game.

At around 11am, went out with AL to meet up with Ji Liang and his cousin, Jingwen, at Northpoint McDonalds. She had x'mas gift for me and AL. Well, the gift is a adidas deodarant. Thanks for the gift, Jingwen. Anyway, she seems moodless though, unlike her normal mood.

After lunch, met Xinge and Minyee over at Ang Mo Kio MRT station, and then went over to kbox. We all had fun. With the food, with the games organised. That's a drinking competition which JL and AL went to participate, and we lost. Got to order a pineapple drink as a result of the rule. Also participated in the dice game, where one have to stack 10 dices vertically. 2 wins, 2 losses. Decides that the "gambling" risk is not in our favour, so decided that, we shouldn't have 1 more match. Reminds me of something, if you wanna gamble, be prepared to lose money...=D

Sang and sang and sang, all the way till 7pm. AL and Xinge left early as they have something on...

When the bill comes, my jaws dropped. Well, as long as we have fun, who cares whether about the cost. Besides, it's not everyday that i can have the time to do what i want. Had dinner at McDonalds later. Ordered 2 McChicken. Seriously getting sick of chicken.

Wushu attendance was not good. Ah tong shishu got something on so he came late, ah bui shi shu got something on so he never come. Shifu was over at Penang as well. Wasted half and hour trying to think how to wrapped up the gift AL and I bought for Jingwen. End up having the decision to bring it home and ask my sis or mum for help. Seriously wish that we had more time for wushu training. Hopefully, i can become more regular in my attendance, keep being irregular makes me forget lots of things. My shuang dao was no good, i forgot my xiao mei hua quan and jiu huan da dao. Timing of ji ben quan, i also forgot.

Reach home at around 12.40am. Damn shagged. Had McDonalds fish burger for supper which mum bought...(McDonalds again...zzz)...Bath, eat up and then sleep...

Back home again.

Sad to say, i can't believe i complain like a whim on monday...like xiong. Guess nobody like xiongness. Maybe after the course i'm going through, i will grow up even more. Perhaps more fitter? I don't know. Well, at least some of my instructors are good, but they are also instructors who are damn strict...

After going through this 1 week, realise that in the army, especially chiong sua unit, must always live with a positive attitude to survive...negative attitude will always be a torture. Like what my Platoon Commander says, every training got its xiong-ness...but it will end...it's not endless...

Anyway, always great to be back, with a long weekend as well. Great to bath with warm water. Great to meet friends up, great to enjoy the festive seasons.

Merry X'mas and a Happy New Year...

Last day of block leave

Ok...last day of my block leave. Enjoy it...and prepared to take on the new challenge. Went over to Braddell to see my family doctor. Got dignose for sinus infection. Talk to him about my next challenge, i told him that i felt sianz about the course bslc. He told me to get over it and don't chao keng. Of course, if not feeling well must report. He believes i can tahan through the course, and 1 thing he said is quite true. I am trained hard so as to be a leader to lead my man in the future, that's why training is tough.

Rush to somerset after seeing my family doctor. Was feeling guilty for making two ladies(Jingwen and Yanling) wait for us. One of my own rules, never make a lady waits...Well, maybe deep down inside, they weren't happy, but they didn't show it out...but by hook or by crook, they will be unhappiness there...

Sang k lunch from 11.30am to 2pm. Enjoyable session...mixed of males and females, rather than all males session, where only males voice can only be heard. After that, went window shopping, and helping Ji Liang to keep a look-out for gifts. Saw Benedict and Pek Lian, sure was happy to see old friends. Hmm, didn't see them for around 3 years? Haha...sure is great to catch up with old friends.

Went to taka to window-shop later on, and then went home at around 4pm. Slack at home for the rest of the day, preparing myself for the next challenge of my life...

(I look forward to weekends again...)

Wai woo 24th anniversay dinner

Yesterday, was wai woo's 24th anniversary dinner...decided to reach the place where we are performing, at 3pm...but ended up dragging to 5pm. Thought we will do a rehearsal...but end up fooling around. Firstly, talk cock. Then Minyee and Chu Hui started to play with ice. End up chasing AL and me all around the building. We then decided to escape by hiding in the toilet...and we got a shock of our lives. Minyee and Chu Hui simply barge inside the boys's toilet and threw ice over our heads when AL and I were hiding in the cubicles.

Ok, after ice bombardment stop...I thought they don't want play liao, so end up telling AL that i wanted to urine. AL also decided to urine and halfway through....we freak out when we heard Minyee and Chu Hui's laughter. Do my very best to empty the urine and stay at one corner to prevent ice from hitting me. One ice even hit the jackpot and land inside the toilet bowl of the cubicle where AL is hiding.

Nice warm-up, and a shag game as well. They sure were hyperactive...Think old already, need warm up before having this kind of games...lol...

When, Shi xiong and the rest reach the place, and we were ask to do full rehearsal. Shi Xiong was given the task of organising the whole dinner. We were asked to watch as our help will be needed for next year's anniversary dinner, whereby it will be a major event. Everything went well, also with cork-up as well.

My da peng quan, i cork up when i reach one part, and bian da quan, also a bit...but da peng quan was the worst one, very obvious. Dui da...need to improve as usual. Well, will only get more feedback on the next wushu training.

Hopefully, i got chance to go back to training regularly...

My world kinda came crashing down...

Mr Chew, you are posted to SISPEC.

My world kinda came falling down. Maybe i expected it, maybe i ask for it. Either way, i'm considered combat fit, even if i choose command school or not, i got a damn high chance to kena chiong sua unit. Maybe i should have gambled and fail IPPT, like my friend, Qing Zhong, who did that and end up in air force tech. Everyday 8 to 5 with no stay in.

Maybe because i want my pride, and end up passing my IPPT and getting a silver. Alvin define PRIDE as this....--> People Rest I Do Extra. People also gave another meaning to SISPEC, which is Suffer in Silence Plus Extra Confinement.

If thinking positively, if everyone wanted to slack like me, SISPEC will seriously lack combat fit people. Another challenging step in life to conquer, so will I have what it takes to pass and complete the next challenge? At this moment, might not be up to it, but they will train me up for it.

Now can only pray that my instructors are good...nothing much i can do...

Well, enjoying the remaining block leave, wondering when will I have a enjoyable leave like that again...

(Seriously speaking, would kinda like to get to OCS, hearing people call you SIR more shuang or call you SERGEANT more shuang? Of course is SIR right? lol...)

Chalet trip with section mates

Yesterday, went to the chalet at Changi Civil Service Club. Seems like an old place, even the Bukit Batok Branch looks much better. All section mates were there except for Kelvin, whose girlfriend is ill, and Raj, who needs to go overseas. The rest did come...but only for the bbq, and only 2 brought their gfs along.

It's always great to mix with old buddies...talking shitty stuff. Paul, who was from section 2 was invited as well. Was among the first to reach the chalet place. Wai kien, Jun wei and Jeremy were already there the day before when they check-in. Follow by, Alvin Tay, Fai Ming, Ying Chong, Jirei, Ken and then Jun Yan(Brock).

A great plan, kinda got ruined, as one after another got other commitments to do. I thought that a lot will be staying overnight. End up, only me, Jun Wei, Jeremy, Wai Kien and Paul stay overnight. Felt kinda disappointed and really felt tempted to go home, but already brought extra clothes and toiletries over, so might as well stay, since i also paid my share.

Played WWE vs smackdown and Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The WWE sure was a funny game, especially with friends, from my point of view, WWE always makes me laugh when they always do those funny moves and when someone got hitted by that magnificient move...we will all go...whoa...and started laughing.

Tried to sleep at 1am. but end at falling asleep at 3am. While trying to sleep, everyone left the chalet room to check out ba-poks at changi village, while i was the only one in the room trying to sleep. And yes...i started to feel scared...(damn it...I'm a guy...how can i feel scared...)... but tried to sleep. Half and hour later, my friends came back...think they were bored so decided to play some more games then sleep. Sure was a cold night...and i didn't bother to change the temperature of the air-con...guess i was tired.

Woke up at around 8,9am in the morning. Packed up, check out of chalet and went home to check our posting.

Sentosa trip...

Today...got myself into the sun again. Yes...Into the sun, but not in my long 4 uniform, not with my SBO, helmet( which makes one hard to think something) and rifle, but in my civilian clothing. Went over to an island, not Tekong but Sentosa. AL, Ji Liang, Minyee and Xinge went with me as well.

Woke up in the morning, feeling the effects of the sinus after 1 minute. Starting to feel headache, and my nose start to give me problems as well. Took medicine and met up with AL.

Met Ji Liang, Minyee and Xinge at Harbourfront at around 11pm. Surprisingly, Ji Liang was the earliest. He reached Harbourfront when I'm only about 1/4 of my bus journey to. The rest, was late...hahaha...including me.

The monorail from vivocity to sentosa, is still not open, so have to settle for the bus ride. We decided to go Siloso Beach area to rent bicycles. $5/hr for the mountain bike. Was intending to go for the suspension bike but in the end, still go for the $5/hr mountain bike. That bike will be good enough. After that, we anyhow cycle around. Cycling plus exploring, one of my favourite hobbies...I even thought of cycling to Sentosa, using my own bike to explore sentosa. Not only that, thought of cycling to Orchard, East Coast and Pasir Ris( 2 days 1 night, staying at a booked chalet for 1 night =D). Guess i was too lazy to go that long distance.

Reach one part of Sentosa, which i believe to be a nursery for plant, decided to go and have lunch at a foodcourt in Palawan Beach. Came 1 step late as the last stock of unagi don (unagi with rice) was sold to the customer before me. Had to go for unagi ramen instead, as they ran out of rice for the unagi don. Al ordered the same thing as me, while Minyee settled for Fried wanton noodles. Failed to notice what Xinge ordered though...lol.. Ji Liang ordered...roti prata i think and i guess he can't have the curry as i think it contains the essence of the lamb meat. Lunch there wasn't cheap...as much as I'm not happy about it, i still have to eat so bo bian. =D

After lunch, while talking cock half-way through, Minyee, Ji Liang and Xinge started giggling. Haha...i think i know what happen, a fat, ang mo lady still wearing a swimsuit sat beside us. After talking cock. Accepted Xinge's idea and decide to cycle to see the Merlion, which Ji liang calls it the Singapore lion(in chinese)... Xin Jia Po Shi...

Another funny thing occur on our way to the Merlion. A tour guide told his group, something like this funny, which i don't remmeber, but it left Minyee and AL laughing all the way. Me and Xinge were infront, so we miss the funny part.

Return the bikes at around 3.20pm. Total bike fee...$15 for 3 hours...per person... Went over to the beach to slack around. Use my sis volleyball to play volleyball and soccer...and oh boy...the sun is strong, the sand was hot. Slack around for awhile and went over to bought some more water supply and continue to slack, until the clouds covered the sun, then went to play soccer and volleyball again. Dark clouds did come, so did thunder but no rain came...luckily...don't want to be a drenched chicken( luo tang ji)...

After playing around with the volleyball, Al shared with all of us an interesting encounter he have during his NS life, erm...not a haunted scene that is...want more, ask him to tell you... ;)

Went back to harbourfront at around 6pm. Minyee went home 1st while me, Al, Ji Liang and Xinge went to vivocity. I wanted to get my computer game, while Xinge wanted to get something from the candy store. Went our separate ways when we reached vivocity. Hmm...golden village cinema is packed full of people, with security guards there. I wonder which person is coming. Ask Al and Ji Liang about it and realise it was Chow Yun Fatt..Whatever...never really go crazy about any stars...so it didn't really bother me. I even go to the extent of thinking who was the big fuck who was coming to vivocity... Bought my pc game at Best Denki. Game title was The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Cost me $64.90.

On the journey back home, calculate how much i spent today. Withdraw $100, end up with only $7 in wallet. Hoo boy... Luckily got some extra money from my birthday gifts, or else...would have been bankrupt.

Talk about the activities with AL while walking back home after alighting the bus. After seeing how Minyee, Xinge and Ji Liang enjoy the activities, we realise how much our life as a young teen was wasted. Wasted on slacking at home, wasted on games. Talking about that, we talked about BGR stuff. We were shy lads back in secondary school, and rarely chatted up with females, as though they will eat us up. Now kinda regretted...should have been more bold back then...perhaps might have good female friends and who knows, might experience BGR when i was a teen.

Anyway, great to went out with Ji Liang, Minyee and Xinge, feel like a teen again...YEAH!... Hahaha... Well, hope to see more of these outings...and hope i do have the time to have such fun...

Angry...sad...

It makes my blood boils...i don't know why...

Was actually intending to go wushu training today, but due to fever, i had to cancel my intentions. I have been irregular with my wushu training and since i'm on my block leave and have adequate rest, would expect myself to go and train up. When i realise i have a fever, i just got angry and sad as well. I wanted to go training......

I was angry...why can't i fall sick when i'm in tekong, why must i fall sick when i'm on leave, and recovering from sickness takes time, and my time on block leave is very, very precious. When will I ever get to enjoy such leave again...i wondered.

Not only am I recovering from fever, I'm also recovering from stomach bloatedness and indigestion.

Well, since it has happens, nothing i can do. Just hope i recover fast enough to have activities with my friends...

Memories of the last week of BMT

The last week of BMT...my feelings was a mixed one. Feelings of happiness, and sadness as well. Happiness, cause i graduated from BMT, sad, because my section mates and me, will go on our separated routes when we know our postings. My bonding with my section mates is good, and just when all of us were like best friends, we gonna be on different routes in our life. But, I'm sure none of us will forget each other and will keep in contact as time when past. Besides, company line, is like my 2nd home, and kinda grow feelings towards it, even though my own home, own bedroom is still the best.

Well, all the best to my next posting...;)

Recalling the major activities on week 8 of BMT

OC evening, we got to do a performance for the OC(officer Commanding). My platoon decided to do a fashion show. They did thought of asking me and another guy to perform wushu before the fashion show but opt out as the guy injured himself. Every platoon was indeed mimicking the instructors and it's actually kinda boring. However, we also sang some songs to entertain our instructors, which they find it better than the performance where we tried to mimick every of their actions. There is also a competition held for Miss Jaguar, where every platoon have to send 2 guys to dress up as girl and..................................never mind, you'll lose your appetite the moment you see them. ( Lucky had dinner before all these happens...). Lucky i didn't have nightmares that night. One of the guys, brought along a bra and we all were like, where the fuck did you get that bra from. He said it's his girlfriend's sister's bra...oo...and it's a strapless ones...hehehe... =p

Recuits evening, is a night for recuits to relax. Performance have been set up for us and woot...there are girls doing belly dancing, and girls with D-cup size boobs dancing for us as well. Some lucky people were chosen by them to go up the stage and dance with them and damn it...why none come to the area where i was sitting...lol...but we sure enjoy the night.

24km route march, the final route march before graduation. A tough one. Wanted to give up but told myself no...and was glad that i completed the route march. With friends' supporting one another, we all tahan through the toughness and complete the 24km route march, indeed, friends are important as well, and best friends are there to help you when you need them...

Quite happy that i am graduating from the course, but it can be a bit sad as your bunk mates, platoon mates will lead a different road after we all know our next posting. But, I'm sure none of us will never forget the days of joy and sufferings we had inside BMT.

Anyway, yesterday, we book out in civilian clothing. Seems better than the usual Smart 4 as it doesn't attract too much attention. Had SOC test and i failed by 22 seconds. I come to realise that my bunk mates seems to improve leaps and bounds in their fitness, but I seems to like improve only a little. I ask myself why..........................maybe, it's a problem with my mindset while doing all the fitness things? One of my very best bunk-mates, he, from a failed timing of 2.4km run at the start of BMT, can run a timing of below 10 mins when near the end of BMT course. Many also improve by leaps and bounds.....so the 2nd question did pop up...am i useless....?

My best friend AL, did agree that no one can be good at everything, but come to think of it, what am i good at...For now, no answers for that...

If possible, i should continue training, even when i'm on block leave...

Went wushu last night...was feeling shag...well...end up joining in the warm-up and gave a bit of half-fucked attitude and nearly got fucked for it. Can see shi xiong isn't happy. Told myself after warm-up to take things seriously, as i'm on of the seniors and should set example and it wouldn't be nice to be remind of my attitude as I'm already 20 years old.

Appointed a job by Shi xiong, to be one of the instructors to the junior wushu team. Alvin, Xinge and Yaode are also part of the team. Not easy teaching them, firstly, i have to watch my language, or else i'll get killed by their parents. Secondly, lessons have to be interesting or else, they lost interest and are easily distracted. Thirdly, have to teach them with patience and a slow pace as they are kids.. What i can say is...it's a good experience...to do our best to teach them...

Didn't train much as i was shagged, only taught the young ones and focus on the duel moves with AL. Just need more training to be perfect. Should use the time on my block leave to train up. Maybe...maybe...get some who wanna train up more to meet me at AMK to train together.

Well...will stop here for now...
