Sentosa trip...

Today...got myself into the sun again. Yes...Into the sun, but not in my long 4 uniform, not with my SBO, helmet( which makes one hard to think something) and rifle, but in my civilian clothing. Went over to an island, not Tekong but Sentosa. AL, Ji Liang, Minyee and Xinge went with me as well.

Woke up in the morning, feeling the effects of the sinus after 1 minute. Starting to feel headache, and my nose start to give me problems as well. Took medicine and met up with AL.

Met Ji Liang, Minyee and Xinge at Harbourfront at around 11pm. Surprisingly, Ji Liang was the earliest. He reached Harbourfront when I'm only about 1/4 of my bus journey to. The rest, was late...hahaha...including me.

The monorail from vivocity to sentosa, is still not open, so have to settle for the bus ride. We decided to go Siloso Beach area to rent bicycles. $5/hr for the mountain bike. Was intending to go for the suspension bike but in the end, still go for the $5/hr mountain bike. That bike will be good enough. After that, we anyhow cycle around. Cycling plus exploring, one of my favourite hobbies...I even thought of cycling to Sentosa, using my own bike to explore sentosa. Not only that, thought of cycling to Orchard, East Coast and Pasir Ris( 2 days 1 night, staying at a booked chalet for 1 night =D). Guess i was too lazy to go that long distance.

Reach one part of Sentosa, which i believe to be a nursery for plant, decided to go and have lunch at a foodcourt in Palawan Beach. Came 1 step late as the last stock of unagi don (unagi with rice) was sold to the customer before me. Had to go for unagi ramen instead, as they ran out of rice for the unagi don. Al ordered the same thing as me, while Minyee settled for Fried wanton noodles. Failed to notice what Xinge ordered though...lol.. Ji Liang ordered...roti prata i think and i guess he can't have the curry as i think it contains the essence of the lamb meat. Lunch there wasn't cheap...as much as I'm not happy about it, i still have to eat so bo bian. =D

After lunch, while talking cock half-way through, Minyee, Ji Liang and Xinge started giggling. Haha...i think i know what happen, a fat, ang mo lady still wearing a swimsuit sat beside us. After talking cock. Accepted Xinge's idea and decide to cycle to see the Merlion, which Ji liang calls it the Singapore lion(in chinese)... Xin Jia Po Shi...

Another funny thing occur on our way to the Merlion. A tour guide told his group, something like this funny, which i don't remmeber, but it left Minyee and AL laughing all the way. Me and Xinge were infront, so we miss the funny part.

Return the bikes at around 3.20pm. Total bike fee...$15 for 3 hours...per person... Went over to the beach to slack around. Use my sis volleyball to play volleyball and soccer...and oh boy...the sun is strong, the sand was hot. Slack around for awhile and went over to bought some more water supply and continue to slack, until the clouds covered the sun, then went to play soccer and volleyball again. Dark clouds did come, so did thunder but no rain came...luckily...don't want to be a drenched chicken( luo tang ji)...

After playing around with the volleyball, Al shared with all of us an interesting encounter he have during his NS life, erm...not a haunted scene that is...want more, ask him to tell you... ;)

Went back to harbourfront at around 6pm. Minyee went home 1st while me, Al, Ji Liang and Xinge went to vivocity. I wanted to get my computer game, while Xinge wanted to get something from the candy store. Went our separate ways when we reached vivocity. Hmm...golden village cinema is packed full of people, with security guards there. I wonder which person is coming. Ask Al and Ji Liang about it and realise it was Chow Yun Fatt..Whatever...never really go crazy about any stars...so it didn't really bother me. I even go to the extent of thinking who was the big fuck who was coming to vivocity... Bought my pc game at Best Denki. Game title was The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Cost me $64.90.

On the journey back home, calculate how much i spent today. Withdraw $100, end up with only $7 in wallet. Hoo boy... Luckily got some extra money from my birthday gifts, or else...would have been bankrupt.

Talk about the activities with AL while walking back home after alighting the bus. After seeing how Minyee, Xinge and Ji Liang enjoy the activities, we realise how much our life as a young teen was wasted. Wasted on slacking at home, wasted on games. Talking about that, we talked about BGR stuff. We were shy lads back in secondary school, and rarely chatted up with females, as though they will eat us up. Now kinda regretted...should have been more bold back then...perhaps might have good female friends and who knows, might experience BGR when i was a teen.

Anyway, great to went out with Ji Liang, Minyee and Xinge, feel like a teen again...YEAH!... Hahaha... Well, hope to see more of these outings...and hope i do have the time to have such fun...
