2 days to NS...

Tomorrow is "zhong qiu jie", Mid-Autumn Festival. As a kid, i was always enthusiastic on "zhong qiu jie", as we play with lantern, candles and those firesparks. Time flies, I'm an young adult now, ready to serve NS. Perhaps the activities i will do during "zhong qiu jie" will be accompany gf to look at the moon, eat mooncakes while hugging each other...if i have a gf that is...

Today, went to Jurong Point to buy my underwear. Planning to bring a total of 14 underwear there. Lazy to wash... =p. Unfortunately, i think i'll still have to wash my PT kit or admin kit as well, so well, no escapes. Handwash. Mum was worried about my fingers as it's sensative to bleach and those kinds of alkaline stuff, and outer skin fragments will drop off if used too much.

Saw ah lan at Jurong Point. He like Alvin, also OOC(Out of course) from BSLC( Basic Section Leader Training) due to back pain and he had already been posted to his unit. Saw him, pat him on the back and 1st thing i say...hey...AWOL( Absent Without Official Leave - a crime which you can be sent to detention barracks to receive your punishment) ar... Looks like he's on official leave and he sure is a happy guy.

Dad advise me to get a new phone, rather than wait for the Siemens S57 battery stock to arrive tomorrow. As the battery is made by 3rd parties, it can be sort of unreliable. I got a feeling that even when the stock arrives, the battery will still not work on the S57. Anyway, so as not to waste my $25, will go down AMK to settle the problem. Will also meet up JL, Keith and Minyee and her friend for lunch and then go library study with them. Will do my best to help them out... ;)

Bought the Nokia 2310, cost $138 without plan. Seems like an upgraded version of the Nokia 2100? 2310 with colour, 2100, without colour. Anyway, will take care of it like any other electronics products i have....gonna use this for 2 years.

Went back to the town centre near my home to get plastic pegs and locks, then went back home.

Sure is a headache to pack things. Was worried that i never bring some stuff, and worried that i bring too much of some stuff. I hate this feelings. Anyway, at least finishing packing part of it, and wrote down what items are still lacking from my bag. That way, will have an easier time tomorrow.

Mum was telling me on what Dad says... He said: When i first enroll into Kindergarden, he accompanied with me, when i first enroll into primary school, he also accompanied with me. Same for secondary school, he also accompanied me. Only in polytechnic, did i enter myself. Now gonna enlist, he accompanied again, with my mum,sis, granddad and aunt. Perhaps he's trying to imply that how fast time flies, how fast i've grown. Yeah...indeed time flies. And enlisting into NS, will be the biggest change in my life.


Hopefully luck will be better,sunday and tuesday got into a quarrel with a best friend, tuesday made a wasted trip to AMK because of the battery thingy, frequently missed the feeder bus for this week, and today kena electrocuted. Think luck to me is of utmost importance? Cause of my horoscope? Cause Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is about luck? May luck change for the better with the introduction of the Mid-Autumn Festival today...=D
