Ah...It's has been a long time since i update this. I'll start with Chinese New Year bah.
As i grow older, Chinese New Year to me is the same. Go people's house, bai nian, meet up with relatives, which you somehow only get to meet once per year. Day 1, day 2, go relatives house. Day 3 onwards, went over to yd's place for gathering, and day 4, if i remember correctly, i slack at home. Long holidays ended in a flash, and it's time to go back to army. The blue feeling is there, nevertheless, can't escape reality.
Yesterday, wushu training was resume after the long break, since pre-CNY 08. My fitness dropped. I knew that happens when my 2.4km run, simply hit the 11 minute. Guess my peak performance for my fitness is during my training years.
Keith came back, make an announcement that his last training is yesterday. So is Minyee and Sheila. The strength has been falling since the start of this year 08. Everyone is busy. Xinge got her 'A' levels to take care of. Keith, Sheila and Minyee had their 'O's subsequently. While YD, got his 'N's. Raymond shi xiong, might be busy with work, or dating...haha, that I don't know. But, the strength sure reminds me of the days when i just started my training.
After warmups, Shifu get me and AL to talk to Keith. They were busy with homeworks, busy with study for tests, sat and sun is about homework, so is mon to fri, plus the tests that came out weekly. The thing i don't understand is, they cannot be always 24/7 doing homework, confirm they'll have their own time to do some other things. But nevertheless, it's their life, we can only talk to them, share some of the experiences we had. The rest is up to them.
One things i talk about is during my secondary school years. I used to be in taekwondo. Because of a hand injury which results my left hand in a cast, i have to skipped taekwondo. Just when i wanna resume my training, i injured my foot with a cut. After recovering from that cut, i wanna resume, but i find it hard. In the end, I never went back to taekwondo. One thing for certain, is that during the time when i wasn't there, my friends also start to get bored. One by one, they started not to come. None of us went back to taekwondo ever since.
I know the 3 of them, Keith, Sheila and Minyee, loves wushu. They say they'll be back after complete their 'o's. Perhaps due to my experience, i find that it would be hard for that to happen. Nevertheless, i'll give them the benefit of doubt that they've come back.
Haiz, wushu wise, still so many minor minor stuff to improve on. 5 months to the competition. 23 more weekends, 23 more trainings to the actual stuff. And 23 more weekends to ord. Well, just do what i can bah.
