Wushu...flip flip flip...

Had to lead the training as shi xiong was in Thailand working. Although AL wasn't feeling well, he came over to pass his aunt some things and to do some light activities. He lead the warm-up, after that, i lead the jogging. Due to my negligence, i thought keith and daniel was fooling around behind, and shouted "OIE" at them. Later realise that daniel couldn't keep up with the pace. I apologise to them for what i have done and explain my reasons for doing so. Learnt a lesson here, get things correctly before coming to a conclusion, and especially in jogging situation, learn to know whether your man is lagging behind and try to encourage him to maintain his current pace. Keith, Daniel, I'm sorry...

Also told Ivan, Sheila, Daniel and Keith to voice out if they are not feeling well, and especially during jogging, one should look out for one another and inform the person leading about it. Hmm...another lesson learnt? lol...

Xinge lead the stretching exercise and the ji ben gong, and i lead the kicking exercise. Yao de lead the ji ben quan and woot...he's improving, having more confident in himself. Ji Liang was the person to lead bian da quan.

Train and train and train. Shuang dao, jiu huan da dao. Taught xinge a bit on hook kick. Have to thanks alvin for spending some time to teach zhicong, guess next week, it's my turn to cover it up for him, so he will be able to have more time to train.

After ivan, keith, sheila and daniel left, we play around, trying to do the flip, think is call "tan tiao", whereby a person lying down on the floor, trying to flip himself upright to standing position. Well, me, xinge, AL, yao de, JL all practise and practise. We all had fun, and well, we improve on the flip, being able to flip up...but all of us have probems landing on our feet. Nevertheless, it's good that we actually start to grab hold of the skill and with more practise, i'm sure all of us will be able to grasp the technique.

Minyee wasn't present as she was sick. AL and Yao de wasn't feeling good either. Well, take care and get well soon. ;)

Field camp starting...dreaded getting in the jungle, forest, grass whatever. But always like the things taught on chiong sua. Well, will look forward to end of field camp, and look forward to next saturday.................and also...look forward to wushu lessons...lol...

Hmm...time for bed. Gotta sleep...Nitez...
